Peanut Butter Frozen Bites
Peanut butter bites are very famous among the kids as well as the adults. It is very easy to make plus delicious to eat.
- 1 creamy peanut butter jar
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 2 and a half cups confectioner’s sugar
- 8 ounces of chopped semi-sweet chocolate
Beat the confectioner’s sugar and peanut butter together with the help of a whisk or an electric mixer until stiff and smooth. Add vanilla extract to it and beat well. Shape the mixture of peanut butter into 20 balls and then place them on a waxed sheet try (paper-lined). Place this tray for 1 hour in the freezer. Add the chopped chocolate to one small bowl and set it over simmering water. Stir it well to melt. Remove the chocolate from heat. Carefully dip the peanut butter chilled balls half way into chocolate with the help of 2 forks. Let the excess chocolate drip off and put each one of them on the tray. Swirl some nice, decorative chocolate with the help of a fork across top of the bites. Place in refrigerator so that the chocolate can set and peanut butter can solidify for around 30 minutes.
Recipe End Notes
If it is a humid and hot day outside, you must dust your hands well with the confectioner’s sugar before making the balls. This would make them less sticky.
